Technology is moving at the speed of light. Just as you purchase your new computer and walk out the door, someone has produced smaller, better and faster components and yours is slowly becoming obsolete as you begin to use it. We need to keep up to speed with technology in Real Estate; we have a responsibility to the public to bring innovation to our websites to help the consumer in their quest for 'the fastest way to shop and compare and ultimately purchase Real Estate. That said, I think we can get over 'techy' with too much too soon. It is important to bring the technology when the public needs it; not force more on them than necessary.
